BLOOD SUGAR CONTROLLED BY DRINKING MILK IN BREAKFAST

In order to keep diabetes patients in control of their blood sugars there is a need to take special care in catering. One study found that such people can control blood sugar by consuming high protein rich milk in the morning breakfast.
                                         According to researcher from Toronto University of Canada, changing the breakfast routine can help in type-2 diabetes. 






Drinking milk compared to water in the morning breakfast reduces the concentration of blood glucose. Higher milk protein reduces the concentration of blood sugar after eating normal milk than normal milk protein. Studies have found that high protein treatment also reduces appetite. 
                    Douglas gof, who is associated with this study said that cases of metabolic diesease with type-2 diabetes and obesity are increasing rapidly. 






Therefore , the development of dietary strategies has been strengthened to prevent these diseases.
