CHANGE IN THE TIME OF BREAKFAST AND DINNER WILL REDUCE OBESITY

A study was found that nearly 70 percent people suffer from obesity. The reason behind is not to take meal at the right time. Most people use medicines to reduce obesity and also some people take medicines and do exercises but no one gives attention towards their meals. If we pay right attention towards the timing of eating. It is quite beneficial to reduce obesity. 

                                    From a recent study done, it has been found that changes in the timing of breakfast and dinner can be reduce obesity means (MOTAPA).

So changing the time of the meal can be effective. One study claims that changes in morning breakfast and dinner time can reduce the risk of obesity and related diseases,besides decreasing fat in the body. 

                      Researcher from a UK universities have taken this  conclusion based on the study done by participants for 10 weeks. He divided the participants in the study into two groups. One group to eat breakfast of 90 minutes before normal time and dinner 90 minutes before dinner. While the other group was asked to eat at normal times. In comparison to the second group, researcher found that the amount of fat in people of the first group was almost twice as low.

* Conclusion is that if we change our meal time then we will reduce obesity.
