IF THE WHATSAPP BACKUP IS NOT TAKEN THE DATA WILL BE DELETED

Whatsapp has advised users to backup their data on Google drive by 12 November 2018 on their official website. The company says that if users do not manually backup their data after this date their data will be deleted. After from this, users who have not taken backup of their whatsapp data from Google drive for the past 1 year have been given time till October 30. Even if the user did not backup the data then his data will be automatically deleted.




Why is it important to back up?

Tell you how users will be given free space to data backup in Google drive after whatsapp and Google partnership. This partnership will be effective from November 12. In such a way, users will have to manually backup the 1 year old data to get the whatsapp storage free on Google drive. If it does not happen then data will be automatically deleted.

How to take backup on Google drive?

* First, open your whatsapp and then tap on the menu. Go to chat option and tap on the chat backup.

* After that select Google drive and select ' frequency other then never'. Then select the Google account on which you have to save chat history.

* Now you have to select the network you need to backup. Backing up the focus on cellular network can cause additional data charges.

How to manually backup?

First, open your whatsapp and then tap on the menu. After that go to settings and tap on chat. There will be chat backup option tap it on it now. This process can take some time after clicking on backup.
