PEANUTS AND GRAM HELPS IN LOWERING CHOLESTROL

* WHAT IS CHOLESTROL? :-

 We all know about cholestrol it is found in every cell of body and generating Vitamin D. It is manufactured by the body and also taken from the food. There is two type of cholestrol in our body LDL ( low-density lipoprotein, bad cholestrol) and HDL ( high-density lipoprotein, good cholestrol). 
                                             Now a days we take many measures to reduce cholestrol. In recent study we found that use of peanuts and gram helps in lowering cholestrol come to know about the fact.

                                              Eating like peanut, gram and apple is considered good gor health. One study found that its regular intake can help reduce cholestrol and improve blood pressure.





According to researchers, this kind of diet portfolio is based on diet which is a plant-based dietary pattern.There are four foods that reduce cholestrol. Hana Klewa, director of the American Clinical Research and Physical Committee for Responsible Medicine said that earlier studies have shown that Fly-based food can be adjusted our Heart.
             Now this study shown that such a diet can be effective in reducing cholestrol. Researcher found that daily consuption of 42 gram of peanuts, 50 gram of plant based protein ( legumes, pea, gram) and 20g of fiber oats, apple and orange etc can be beneficial.
